Final Grade: SEIS 610 Software Engineering Spring 2013

So, I went onto the Saint Thomas website today, looking for my final grade – I did this last week but apparently may have been looking in the wrong place, since Dr. Lai doesn’t use the “Black Board” tool where grades were posted in our Technical communications class last Fall.  Anyway, I found my grade and I was pleasantly pleased to see it was a “B+”.

One of my project group members received an “A”, the other received an “A-“.  Good for them.  I’m guessing I didn’t do as well on the final exam as they did.

I contacted the assistant director last week, regarding substituting 625 for 621 and he replied back today, indicating that if I skip 621, I needed to take BOTH 625 AND 626, increasing the MSS degree’s requirements from 10 courses to 11 courses – essentially saying, 625 won’t be counted unless I also take 626.  Only reason I was thinking about taking 625 was due it being offered this summer.  Well, that resolves whether I take 625.

Next class in the Fall will be 620 (and maybe, 630), depending on how confident I feel over my ability (and discipline) to concentrate on both courses.
