FYI, fellow FB photographer friends: Over the summer and as of this past week, I’ve slowly gotten rid (via trade-in or selling) all of my DSLR camera equipment, and am now a bona fide “Mirrorless Camera ONLY” photographer (now having had my Mirrorless for the past 16 months).
While I do not (yet) have the same quantity/style of lenses, I anticipate, over the next several years, the lens stable will eventually become similar to what I had previously.
I’m now proud to call myself a “Mirrorless Camera Fan”, and cannot be enthusiastic enough about this type of camera – it’s half the size, half the weight, and at least for the Mirrorless brand I’m using (Sony), the autofocus is blazingly fast (as compared to the Canon DSLR I previously owned).
Once again, I recommend trying out a Mirrorless camera, you won’t be sorry. [FYI: National Camera Exchange has a rental dept., I am unsure, but they just might rent out these types of cameras for a low daily/weekly rental fee]
