Got another look at the littlest little girl tonite (still at the hospital with her mom & dad). Ruby woke up a couple of times for a couple of very short two to three second periods of time. Didn’t hold her tonight, but got a very short look at her beautiful eyes before she closed them again. Ruby’s mom is pretty exhausted from lack of sleep Monday night (excitement the night before Ruby’s birth), and last night, not wanting to fall asleep, and miss anything (Ruby-wise). Lailah’s being the best big sister, but didn’t want to leave the hospital tonight, just wanted to snuggle with mommy.
No new pics – didn’t even take the cell out of my shirt pocket.
Just cannot believe Lailah was ever that tiny.
